Embrace Your Passion

Embrace Your Passion

Singing has always been my passion.  I started at around age 3 singing in church. From that point on, I was involved in choir, musicals, and operas.  I have performed leading roles in operas and sing professionally with the Colorado Symphony Chorus. I sing as much as I can!

I have had the privilege of singing backup for The Flaming Lips, Love Stallion and PhireJets and on stage with Andrea Bocelli.

Live Life in Song

Embrace Your Passion

I followed my dream and graduated from college with a degree in vocal performance and a masters in Speech Pathology from UW-Madison. I love teaching singing and helping singers rehabilitate their injured voices.  I write my own songs and lyrics  in my home studio  and  often  when  I  am  sailing.

Be Inspired by Everything

Be Inspired by Everything

I find inspiration all around me.  I try to make my music representative of myself and my experiences.  Music, teaching, travel, sailing, marine life and the wonderful people with whom I have the privilege of working with inspire me the most.

About Us

Vocal Instruction

I love to teach singing, and will work with singers in many different genres.  Most of my students sing classical, musical theatre, rock, jazz, blues, rap, and/or indie music.    My  teaching  is  always  fresh  and  individually  tailored  and  influenced   by  evidence-based  research,  anatomy  and  physiology.

Vocal Rehabilitation

No one anticipates experiencing a vocal injury. Because singers are vocal athletes, injuries occasionally happen and expert rehabilitation is essential for singers to get back to singing.  I  have 27 years of experience healing injured voices and returning singers to the stage.
